This on-board stock allows us to assist reduction of system downtime, and often doesn't require a second return attendance in most cases, thus keeping labour cost minimal as well.

Fault diagnosis of Submersible Sewage or Drainage Pump Systems and Sewage Treatment Plant Servicing, with Control Panel and associated tank internal Pipe Work and Valves, are usually diagnosed within a 1 hours period from attending site, and most problems are completed within 1/2 Hour following diagnosis.
For this reason, we are able to offer a PRE-SET CHARGE, to include attending site location, and the first 1 1/2 hours site labour. If however there is a more extensive work requirement following this time period, then additional labour would be charged in only respective quarter hour intervals.

These items may be from a simple level control float, a Control panel items, Lifting Chains, a Submersible Pump, or internal Valves or Pipework, and even PUMP HIRE, subject to van stock. We can usually offer a wide choice of options, to suit from either a more budget based market, through to high quality items with a longer extended lifespan.

We are able to offer six standard levels of SERVICE MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS, or can modify service frequency or insurance to customer's requirement. For customers that would prefer to spread the service payments over the year, for a small additional fee, we can set up a standing order with your bank, to enable pre-pay of the basic service charge. We are also able to offer both short and long term PUMP HIRE and SERVICE of Sump Pump, Sewage Pump or Drainage Pump subject to requirement. This PUMP HIRE has been accepted by many Commercial and Domestic Customers, as an alternative option to sometimes required extensive pump repair, or renewal expenditure.
